My guide services focus on Spring Creek, Penns Creek, Big Fishing Creek and the Little Juniata River. I offer my clients the best personalized service possible. Your day can be strictly a guided fishing experience, or exclusively a learning experience. I will incorporate as little or as much instruction as you request. I encourage you to come with your questions and list of techniques you would like to improve.
From learning knots and leader construction to fly selection and reading water, allow me to create a lesson plan that will focus on the exact skills you wish to learn or improve. I place a high value on good casting technique and feel that it is a key element to success in fly fishing. Whether you are fishing our local streams or heading off to your dream exotic fishing location, arriving prepared with good casting ability will allow you to get the most out of your fishing experience. Don't find yourself casting to your first tailing Bonefish with your best trout stream cast - it happens all too often with a predictable negative outcome. A few hours of targeted instruction will make you better prepared for the challenge.
