Offering the finest fly fishing instruction, guide service and wild trout in Pennsylvania. Whether you are coming to central Pennsylvania to fly fish or learn to fly fish, you have come to the right place. Centre County is home to 37 trout streams, some of which are considered world class, others are rarely mentioned. Many have a healthy wild trout population and many have not been stocked in years. This area is not only a great place to explore and challenge your fishing skills, but these local trout streams provide the best classrooms in which to learn or improve your fly fishing.
As a Pennsylvania fly fishing guide service, allow me to introduce you to some of my favorite trout streams, Spring Creek, Fishing Creek and Penns Creek. These streams are some of the finest Catch and Release waters in the country. Large wild trout populations, good insect life, cool spring fed streams provide for year round fisheries with no closed season. These streams are located within minutes of State College, the home of Penn State University. State College has all that a great college town has to offer, accommodations, restaurants and entertainment to further add to your visit.
"As a casting or in stream instructor, on a one-on-one basis, Dennis's manner is clear, encouraging and productive. I can't give him anything but high marks!!" Joan Wulff
